On June 30, 2007, the operation of the guesthouse in Chios began.
The guest house is located 1.5 km from the city center with a panoramic view directly opposite the Asia Minor beaches, in a two-story building next to the holy temple of Agios Artemios.
On the upper floor is the event hall and on the ground floor the guest house of 200 sq.m.
with 4 double rooms, 2 large fully equipped bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas, large living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with bedside tables, wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioner and bed linen, face and body towels.
Directly in front of the guest house entrance there is a large fenced parking area for guests' cars.
