The first IPA House that operated in Greece. It was established on 19/07/1995.

It has two double rooms and one quadruple room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils, with a refrigerator and electric ovens.
The rooms have air conditioning, TV and fridge, private balcony, and all bed linen as well as face and body towel are provided.

After the renovation in autumn 2022, each room has its own bathroom.
